We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service charge. -

All service and product sales at Studio 285 are final.
If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
To secure your on-location appointment, Studio 285 requires a credit card to be held on file.
