Photo Guidelines
Take photos in natural light (preferably near a window or outdoors).
Make sure your hair is down and detangled in all photos.
Include front, back, and side views of your hair.
Focus on your hair — your face does not need to appear in the images.
Avoid filters, flash, or dark lighting — clarity helps us assess your hair condition.
Send recent photos only, taken within the last week.
The clearer the photos, the more accurate your estimate will be.
Helpful Reminders
Your credit or debit card must be placed on file to finalize your appointment once your estimate is approved.
Cards are not charged in advance — they’re simply held to secure your spot.
